GPA to Debut New Substrates & Resources at GRAPH EXPO 16

GPA, the market leader in substrate solutions for offset, digital, and wide format printing, is preparing to excite and inspire their customers and prospects during GRAPH EXPO 16, being held at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando from September 25-28. GPA’s knowledgeable experts will be there to showcase their latest unique substrates and most innovative resources for diverse printing platforms at their booth #2940.

Initially launched at this year’s Dscoop Conference in San Antonio, GPA will feature their new offering of roll label stock for HP Indigo narrow web presses. This product line includes a range of premium label materials for a wide variety of end uses, including labels for wine and spirits, gourmet and artisan foods, and also for everyday products. With GPA now offering substrates for sheet and web-fed HP Indigo presses, all users of this press equipment can rely on one partner to fulfill their diverse substrate needs.

Further expanding their lineup of new products, GPA will give attendees the first look at a brand new addition to their digital product offering: PaperTyger® durable papers for HP Indigo and toner digital presses, which are exclusively available in North America from GPA. PaperTyger® substrates print like a paper with the durability of a synthetic, making them ideal for creating durable maps, menus, ID cards, banners, posters and more. To celebrate the launch of this new line, GPA will raffle off one “Adopt-a-Tiger” kit from the Born Free Foundation on each day of the show. Attendees can enter at GPA’s booth, #2940, and do not need to be present at the drawing to win.

GPA will also debut their new collection of specialty papers engineered specifically for toner digital presses. This range of distinguished fine papers is exclusively available in North America from GPA, bringing an unparalleled selection of new papers to the market. This offering includes pearlescent shimmers, opulent textures, and translucent options to help print service providers with toner digital press equipment create applications that truly stand out.

Attendees will have the opportunity to explore other new products available in North America exclusively through GPA. Folex® Pressure Sensitive and Non-Adhesive Synthetics, a collection of premium polyester products for HP Indigo presses, will give printing professionals new ways to create printed pieces that are as hardworking as they are stunning. These products provide outstanding performance from the pressroom through the end-use environment. Another exclusive product is Azuna® 3D Film for offset presses, a translucent film with a three-dimensional bubble pattern that provides a realistic illusion of depth. Azuna® 3D Film turns any application into a mesmerizing experience, making it perfect for today’s most popular applications and markets.

To continue to support customers’ growth, GPA will release two new swatchbooks this fall, and will be accepting pre-release requests to give attendees the first opportunity to have these valuable substrate reference tools. Filled with a diverse range of synthetic and other unique substrates, GPA’s Specialty Offset Substrates Swatchbook will be a comprehensive resource for printing professionals with offset press equipment. GPA’s other swatchbook, the Dry Toner Swatchbook, will showcase GPA’s wide range of substrates that offer guaranteed performance on dry toner presses. Both swatchbooks demonstrate GPA’s commitment to providing its customers with new opportunities for innovation, inspiration and growth.

Show attendees can also visit with GPA to pre-order their updated Digital Product Catalog. It includes an unprecedented collection of GPA’s coated and uncoated papers, specialty fine papers, C1S and C2S boards, pre-converted substrates, synthetics, and pressure sensitive papers that offer guaranteed performance on HP Indigo and toner digital presses. This broad new offering gives digital printing businesses the most options for bringing creative and practical solutions to their customers.

GPA will also be active in other booths during GRAPH EXPO. As the exclusive substrate sponsor of the PrintMediaCentr Printerverse™ for the third year in a row, GPA’s substrates will be used on a variety of printed materials in the booth. They will also be participating on Printerverse™ discussion panels. The Printerverse™ is a unique environment at GRAPH EXPO, booth # 701, that mixes work and play, giving print professionals a chance to network and advance their knowledge while having fun.
